We hiring Branch Managers for Showrooms in Valanchery, Chemmad, Tirur and Chelari in Malappuram district.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Target Achievement: Drive monthly and annual sales targets for two-wheelers.
- Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor sales executives and staff.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily showroom operations, including vehicle inventory control and display arrangement.
- Customer Relationship Management: Handle customer complaints, improve satisfaction, and build long-term relationships.
- Financial & Documentation Handling: Coordinate with banks/finance partners for loans, oversee vehicle documentation, and manage billing.
- Marketing Activities: Plan and execute local marketing activities, campaigns, and events.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5+ years as Manager in or automotive sales or in any retail management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field is often preferred, but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and basic computer proficiency (for reporting).
