Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and energetic Retail Sales Officer (RSO) to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, achieve sales targets, and support daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with their purchase decisions.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and recommend suitable products.
- Ensure attractive merchandise display and store cleanliness.
- Support billing, inventory, and stock management.
- Follow company SOPs, security, and customer service standards.
Requirements
- Graduate preferred.
- 1–3 years of retail sales experience (Jewellery preferred).
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.
