Job Description:
Operational
Responsible for management of project in coordination with Client, Consultants and Vendors team from start of project to completion.Coordination with Consultants/Architects & Vendors team for approvals of Shop drawings, Materials and samples.Control and direction of a multi-disciplinary work force.Supervision and co-ordination of multiple contractors.Liaison with and supervision of Quantity & Quality Analysis team to ensure project quality objectives are attained.Review project program and update on regular basis.Coordination with EHS team for daily labor reports
Systems, communication & reporting
Establishment and responsibility for project communications with client, sub-contractors, etc.Development and review of project planning and programming.Preparation of weekly and monthly reports to client and senior management.Coordination and preparation of project close out reports.Coordination with Vendors for Daily progress reports and further update to client and senior management
Quality
Preparation, development and review of project quality plans.Compliance with corporate Quality Management Systems.Review of works in progression as per Quality plans agreements with Client and consultantsDevelopment of Quality assessment reports and coordination with vendors for completion
Safety Management
Compliance with corporate, Health and Safety management systems.Preparation and development of risk assessments.Develop Daily labor reports, Near miss reports, Incidents reporting on regular intervals in coordination with EHS teamConduct Awareness program with contractors, conduct tool box talks in coordination with EHS team
Contractual & Commercial
To ensure project teams have a clear understanding of contract and applicable obligations.Close liaison with Q.S / Commercial Managements for the regular measurement and billing processKeep track of the works carried out in line with the contracts agreement with Client and contractor team.Notify Client/Senior management/QS team on the new/additional/change of works being carried out as per requirementsReview and agree project measurement and cost assessments.

Pay: ₹73,598.86 - ₹123,598.86 per month
