We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to lead our brand's digital presence across all major social platforms. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in video editing and performance marketing, with the ability to create engaging content, manage paid campaigns, and drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Plan, create, and publish engaging content including reels, videos, graphics, and stories.
- Edit high-quality videos for social media campaigns using professional editing tools.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.) to generate leads and maximize ROI.
- Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent brand communication.
- Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
- Build and engage online communities while maintaining the brand's reputation.
Mandatory Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Social Media Management.
- Hands-on experience in Video Editing (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools).
- Hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, particularly Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and campaign optimization.
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
- Experience managing content calendars and executing end-to-end campaigns.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Understanding of SEO, influencer marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
Budget Range
₹6–8 LPA (Can be adjusted based on experience and skill set.)
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
