Position Overview:
The House Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and efficient functioning of the property. This includes ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing household staff, maintaining hygiene and upkeep standards, coordinating with vendors and service providers, and overseeing all hospitality and guest-related requirements.
ey Responsibilities:1. House Operations & Maintenance:
- Supervise daily housekeeping and ensure the property is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times.
- Oversee maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and other infrastructure systems.
- Maintain inventory of household supplies and ensure timely procurement.
- Conduct regular inspections of all rooms, equipment, and amenities.
2. Staff Supervision:
- Recruit, train, and manage domestic staff including housekeeping, cooks, gardeners, and drivers.
- Prepare and monitor staff duty rosters and attendance.
- Ensure discipline, grooming, and service standards are maintained by all household employees.
3. Guest & Resident Management:
- Welcome and attend to guests, ensuring a high standard of hospitality and comfort.
- Coordinate meal preferences, event setups, and travel arrangements if required.
- Manage communication between residents and staff for smooth coordination.
4. Vendor & Budget Management:
- Liaise with vendors, maintenance contractors, and suppliers for all household needs.
- Negotiate rates, monitor expenses, and ensure cost-effective operations.
- Maintain petty cash records and submit expense reports regularly.
5. Safety & Security:
- Ensure proper functioning of CCTV, fire safety, and security systems.
- Implement and monitor visitor management protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all property-related safety and hygiene standards.
6. Miscellaneous:
- Coordinate special events or family gatherings hosted at the property.
- Oversee laundry, pantry, and kitchen operations.
- Handle confidential matters with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate in Hospitality / Facility Management / Administration preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in managing high-end residences, guest houses, or hospitality setups.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and basic record-keeping.
- Fluent in English and Hindi (additional local language a plus).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
