Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM)

About Us:
GCA is a growing automotive detailing and vehicle protection studio specializing in premium detailing, ceramic coatings, PPF, and vehicle care services.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Welcome and interact with customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure a positive experience.
- Handle phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and social media leads.
- Follow up with customers for feedback, repeat business, and service reminders.
- Maintain customer records and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Assist in creating customer-focused content for social media when required.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
- Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented personality.
- Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or CRM is preferred but not mandatory.
- Passion for automobiles will be an added advantage.
