Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. Onboarding & Offboarding: Design and execute a seamless onboarding experience for new hires, and conduct professional exit interviews for departing team members. Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries, resolve grievances, and foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture. HR Administration: Maintain accurate digital employee records, track attendance/leaves, and assist with payroll processing. Compliance & Policy: Ensure company policies align with local, state, and federal labor laws, and update the employee handbook as needed. Performance Management: Support managers in conducting annual performance reviews and implementing employee development initiatives.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
