The Consumer Insights Executive supports the Central Insights & Foresights team in delivering accurate, timely, and actionable insights through robust data analysis and reporting. The role focuses on data integration, analysis execution, and project coordination to support understanding of consumer behavior, category performance, and competitive trends. It involves consolidating data across multiple sources and supporting business planning, performance reviews, and forecasting.
What are we looking for? • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Analytics or related field • 2–3 years experience in market research / consumer insights / digital analytics • Strong analytical and quantitative skills • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint • Understanding of research methodologies • Familiarity with digital analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Similarweb) • Strong communication, organizational skills, attention to detail • Power BI • Client-side or agency experience
Roles and Responsibilities: • Collect, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources such as track, incidence, digital, online listings, and internal sales • Lead data management and governance ensuring all key data points are updated and accessible • Maintain central repository of consumer and competitor data • Identify process/reporting improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency • Execute performance tracking and prepare dashboards or reports • Support analysis of market and portfolio dynamics • Assist in forecasts and long-range planning inputs • Support business cases and quarterly insights reviews • Compile and summarize research findings for management presentations • Build effective relationships with stakeholders across functions • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and research agencies • Support continuous improvement in data collection, reporting, and visualization processes
Any Graduation
