Core Responsibilities
- Food Preparation: Weigh, measure, mix, and prepare ingredients according to standardized recipes.
- Cooking: Utilize various cooking methods to produce menu items.
- Plating & Presentation: Assemble dishes and add garnishes for an appealing presentation.
- Inventory Management: Monitor food stock, ensure proper rotation, and store ingredients at the correct temperatures to prevent spoilage.
- Sanitation & Safety: Clean and sterilize workstations, cooking equipment, and utensils. Adhere to all health code regulations.
- Collaboration: Communicate with the Company HR person for further assistance.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Proven experience as a cook.
- Knowledge: Thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene.
- Multitasking: Ability to handle multiple food preparation at the same time simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
