Augusta Hitech is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing and analyzing the financial health of the organization at both the macro level (Company P&L) and micro level (Fixed-Bid and Time & Material project P&L).
Manage and track P&L for individual service lines and Fixed-Bid projects, including monitoring labor and AI execution cost burn rates against project milestones.
Partner with Project Managers and stakeholders to review resource allocation and expenses, identifying and addressing budget overruns caused by scope creep or operational inefficiencies.
Analyze and report gross margins across business units, providing actionable, data-driven insights into service profitability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring adherence to approved spending plans.
Maintain and reconcile the company’s master P&L on a monthly and annual basis, ensuring accuracy and alignment with US GAAP standards.
Develop quarterly financial forecasts, providing leadership with visibility into revenue projections, cost trends, and potential risks.
Analyze variances between forecasted and actual performance, and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
Partner with the Sales team to track targets versus actuals, providing insights on pipeline conversion, revenue realization, and overall sales performance.
Maintain financial models and databases, ensuring data integrity and timely updates; build dashboards and trend analyses to support decision-making.
Act as a financial liaison between delivery teams and US leadership, supporting strategic planning, forecasting, and ad-hoc analysis.
Identify financial risks and proactively recommend mitigation strategies to ensure organizational stability and profitability.
