We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads, digital advertising, online marketing, and growth strategies for fashion and retail brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns to drive sales, generate quality leads, and improve brand visibility across digital platforms.
The candidate must have strong practical experience in Google Ads, a good understanding of Meta Ads, and be comfortable using AI-powered marketing and automation tools to improve campaign performance, productivity, reporting, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
· Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, website traffic, conversions, and revenue.
· Manage advertising budgets, monitor campaign performance, and improve ROI, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates.
· Create audience targeting, remarketing, and retargeting strategies based on customer behavior and market trends.
· Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign strategies.
· Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
· Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and marketing campaigns.
· Understand fashion trends, customer behavior, and designer product categories to create effective performance marketing campaigns.
· Develop customer acquisition, retention, and growth strategies for e-commerce and D2C businesses.
· Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, Google Ads updates, AI tools, and automation technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· 4–8 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Advertising.
· Strong specialization in Google Ads including Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube campaigns.
· Good working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Instagram advertising.
· Experience managing campaigns for Fashion, Lifestyle, Retail, Apparel, Designer, or D2C brands will be highly preferred.
· Strong understanding of e-commerce marketing, sales funnels, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition.
· Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and reporting dashboards.
· Hands-on experience using AI-powered marketing and automation tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, AdCreative.ai, Canva AI, Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or similar platforms for campaign optimization, content generation, workflow automation, reporting, and productivity.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven marketing decisions.
· Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
Education
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration (BBA), Mass Communication, or a related field.
· MBA in Marketing or Digital Marketing will be strongly preferred.
· Candidates with a specialization in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Business Management will be given preference.
· Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or other relevant Digital Marketing certifications will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
