Vantage India is hiring Cafe Billing Executive for our new upcoming Cafe which will be Siliguri, West Bengal.
*Job Role – Cafe Billing Executive*
Operate the café POS/billing machine accurately and efficiently.
Generate customer bills and explain bill details whenever required.
Accept payments through cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, QR codes, and digital wallets.
Issue printed or digital invoices to customers.
Maintain complete accuracy in billing and cash handling.
Open and close the billing counter as per standard operating procedures.
Reconcile daily sales, cash collections, and digital transactions at the end of each shift.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy before billing.
Process order modifications, cancellations, refunds, and discounts as per company policy.
Manage takeaway, dine-in, and online delivery orders through the POS system.
Ensure quick billing during peak hours while maintaining accuracy.
Maintain customer database or loyalty programme details where applicable.
Promote café offers, memberships, reward points, and promotional campaigns.
Handle customer queries and billing-related concerns professionally.
Keep the billing counter clean, organized, and presentable.
Report any POS machine, printer, or software issues immediately to the Café Manager.
Maintain confidentiality of financial and customer information.
Follow all company policies regarding billing, cash management, and customer service.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
