Lead and manage the complete security framework of the residence, ensuring uncompromised safety of the principals, family members, guests, and assets
Design, implement, and continuously upgrade security protocols, SOPs, and emergency response plans
Supervise and train the entire security team, including guards, supervisors, and external vendors
Conduct regular risk assessments, threat analysis, and vulnerability audits of the property
Coordinate closely with local law enforcement, intelligence agencies, and private security firms when required
Oversee access control systems, surveillance (CCTV), perimeter security, and technological integrations
Manage high-profile movements, events, and guest visits with discretion and precision
Ensure strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Handle crisis situations decisively, including medical emergencies, breaches, or external threats
Prior experience managing security for large estates, luxury residences, or HNI/UHNWI households is mandatory
Background in armed forces, NSG, paramilitary, or senior corporate security roles preferred
Strong leadership presence with the ability to command, train, and discipline teams
Excellent situational awareness, decision-making ability, and crisis management skills
Well-versed with modern security systems, surveillance technology, and access control protocols
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism
Physically fit, alert, and presentable
