Job Title : Training & Placement Executives
Job Description :
We are looking for experienced Training & Placement Executives who can work with us from IFS Academy offices in Pune / Chinchwad or even work from home. He / She should have good written and oral communication skills and should have relevant experience of placement of students. Should be sales driven and work closely with the management to achieve the set number of placement targets. Salary plus attractive incentives shall be offered. Educational qualification is not a constraint, but we would prefer MBA in HR background candidates. You will be responsible to find out job requirements from industries as per availability of our students and courses offered by IFS Academy and then work with admitted students to place them. You will be also working closely with our staff so that the students are trained properly as per the JD and are able to clear the interviews.
