We are looking a motivated and results-driven Domestic IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and closing candidates for various technical roles while ensuring a positive candidate experience and meeting hiring timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across India.
- Understand client or hiring manager requirements and prepare recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate compensation packages and assist in offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring targets.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and hiring procedures.
- Generate recruitment reports and provide hiring status updates to management.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment processes.
- Experience sourcing candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Monster, Foundit, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
- Knowledge of various IT technologies and roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Technical Knowledge
Basic understanding of technologies such as:

Qualifications
