Position Overview
We are looking for a high-energy, articulate, and strategic Relationship Manager to drive our campus outreach. Your primary mission will be to connect with colleges and universities, build strong institutional relationships, and pitch the value of Mellow Vault as their go-to campus hiring platform. Additionally, you will introduce Mellow Academy to help institutions elevate their students' practical skills via real-time industry projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Institutional Outreach: Identify, pitch, and onboard colleges, universities, and technical institutions onto the Mellow Vault hiring platform.
- End-to-End Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Training & Placement Officers (TPOs), Deans, and college management, ensuring long-term partnership retention.
- Product Presentation: Conduct engaging presentations and demos (both virtual and in-person) highlighting how Mellow Vault simplifies placements and how Mellow Academy drives student readiness through real-time projects.
- Market Penetration: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly institutional onboarding targets.
- Feedback Loop: Gather insights from campus partners to help our product team continuously improve the Mellow Vault platform experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in institutional sales, educational sales (EdTech), corporate relations, or campus tie-ups.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills. You must be comfortable presenting to senior academic leadership.
- Relationship Builder: A natural networker with the persistence to navigate university hierarchies and close partnerships.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with CRM tools, professional platforms like LinkedIn, and presenting software demos smoothly.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
