Provide L1, L2, and L3 production support across assigned applications, with primary ownership of SSIS-based solutions
Act as the primary SSIS developer responsible for design, development, enhancement, and stabilization of SSIS packages in production
Manage incidents, problems, and changes in line with ITIL processes, with a strong focus on permanent resolution
Perform daily monitoring and proactively address application, data, or job failures
Analyse root causes of recurring issues and implement long-term fixes within SSIS and related data workflows
Design, optimize, and maintain Control-M job schedules integrated with SSIS and SQL-based workflows
Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of SSIS packages through effective error handling and performance tuning
Coordinate closely with development, data, and business teams to deliver enhancements and resolve issues
Create Python scripts to automate repetitive or manual support activities related to data and batch processing
Build automation solutions that reduce operational effort and improve overall support efficiency
Use Excel Macros or VBA where required for operational automation or reporting needs
Communicate clearly with stakeholders and provide regular updates on incidents, fixes, and improvements
