Profile Summary
We are looking for an experienced AGM – Procurement who can independently manage the complete procurement function for our interior projects. The candidate should have strong experience in end-to-end procurement, vendor management, sourcing, commercial negotiations, and team handling. He/she should possess excellent market knowledge, strong vendor connections, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, capable of managing procurement reports and MIS, and experienced in leading large teams while ensuring timely procurement of materials at the best quality and cost.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end procurement activities for interior fit-out projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturers.
- Source materials, negotiate prices, and finalize commercial terms.
- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials as per project requirements.
- Lead and manage the procurement team and monitor their performance.
- Coordinate with Project, Design, Operations, and Finance teams for smooth project execution.
- Identify new vendors and maintain a strong supplier network in the market.
- Monitor procurement budgets and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Handle purchase orders, vendor contracts, and procurement documentation.
- Track material availability and ensure uninterrupted project execution.
- Prepare procurement MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
- Analyze procurement data and provide insights for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and processes.
- Resolve procurement-related issues and vendor escalations efficiently.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
