Job Description
E-Profit Booster UK is seeking a meticulous and organized Operations Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage the entire order dispatch process across multiple online platforms, including Amazon, B&Q, and eBay. This role involves generating necessary shipping documentation, handling inventory labels, and ensuring timely communication with customers regarding their orders.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Processing
Process rug and vinyl orders from multiple sales portals including RS (RugShop), Amazon, eBay, Onbuy, and B&Q.
Manage and monitor pending and on-hold orders, updating customers on order status.
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm stock availability and ensure accurate order fulfillment.
Customer Communication
Keep customers informed of order updates, including on-hold and pending orders.
Address vinyl-related queries whenever time permits from the order processing tasks.
Communicate with customers regarding closed rug orders and updating them if the product is back in stock.
Supplier Coordination:
Chase suppliers via phone and email to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Contact rug suppliers as needed to confirm precise stock availability in case of any uncertainties.
Problem Solving
Address any issues or discrepancies in the ordering process by liaising with suppliers and
updating customers accordingly.
Proactively resolve stock or order-related concerns to minimize delays and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple online sales platforms and processes simultaneously.
Experience in order processing, customer service, or supply chain coordination.
Ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
