Job Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and identify potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Conduct property site visits and explain project details.
- Handle negotiations and follow up with clients until closure.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements:
- 0-3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales preferred.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Salary: Fixed Salary + Attractive Incentives
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
