A Business Development Executive (BDE) at the Xpresso Division, Thrissur Branch of AJ Disti India Pvt. Ltd. (CCTV camera and security surveillance distribution) is primarily responsible for generating sales and expanding the company's dealer and installer network. The Xpresso division is the company's retail/showroom concept for CCTV and security products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business by visiting CCTV dealers, electricians, system integrators, and installers.
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and increase repeat business.
- Promote CCTV cameras, NVRs, DVRs, access control systems, networking products, cables, and accessories.
- Meet monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to customers.
- Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the branch sales team and warehouse for order processing and delivery.
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Sales and customer relationship management.
- Basic knowledge of CCTV, networking, or electronic security products (preferred).
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM/software is an advantage.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree (B.Com, BBA, BBM, BA, B.Sc., or equivalent).
- Sales experience of 1–3 years is generally preferred, although some openings mention freshers can apply.
Salary
