Job Summary
We are hiring energetic and target-driven Field Sales & Service Executives to join our team at BharatPe. In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding local merchants/shopkeepers onto the BharatPe network and helping them grow their businesses using our digital financial services.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new merchants and deploy BharatPe QR Codes at retail shops.
- Install and activate BharatPe Soundboxes (Speakers) and POS Swipe Machines.
- Educate merchants on Merchant Loans and guide them through the simple application process.
- Provide after-sales service, support, and relationship management to existing merchants.
- Meet daily and monthly field visit targets.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: 10th Pass, 12th Pass, or Graduate.
- Vehicle: Must have a two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License.
- Device: Must own an Android Smartphone with an active internet connection.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome! Prior experience in Field Sales, Telecom, FMCG, or Merchant Onboarding is a plus.
- Skills: Good communication skills, basic negotiation skills, and a positive mindset.
