Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive with experience in IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various IT positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment for technical and non-technical IT roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, communication, and role fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Negotiate salary and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Achieve individual hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
Required Skills
- Experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and Boolean search.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good knowledge of ATS and MS Excel.
