Telemarketer / Telecalling Executive
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to students and parents
- Explain overseas study programs and services
- Follow up on inquiries and leads
- Maintain call records and customer details
- Schedule appointments for counselling sessions
- Build good communication with potential clients
Requirements
- Freshers can apply
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English
- Positive attitude and confidence in speaking
- Basic computer knowledge preferred
- Must be from Kottayam or nearby areas
