We're looking for an Affiliate Marketing Executive with 2–5 years of hands-on experience in affiliate marketing and a proven track record of delivering results.
Key Requirements:
- Proven success in affiliate marketing campaigns
- Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms and conversion tracking
- Strong knowledge of campaign optimization, ROI/CPA analysis, and performance marketing
- Experience managing affiliate partners and publisher relationships
- Analytical mindset with excellent reporting and optimization skills
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record of delivering measurable affiliate marketing results
- Hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Impact, CJ, PartnerStack, Everflow, Tune/HasOffers, Affise, etc.)
- Strong understanding of tracking pixels, postback URLs, attribution models, and conversion tracking
- Experience in affiliate recruitment, onboarding, and relationship management
- Ability to optimize campaigns based on ROI, CPA, CPL, ROAS, and other performance metrics
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting dashboards
- Experience in fraud detection and traffic quality monitoring
- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
Location: Durganagar, Kolkata (Work from Office)

Working Days and Time: Monday to Saturday (11 am to 8 pm)
