About The Role
We are looking for an energetic and responsible On-Site Supervisor to manage interior project execution at various sites. The candidate should be comfortable travelling, coordinating with labour teams, and ensuring work quality and timelines are maintained.

Responsibilities
Supervise interior project execution on-site.
Coordinate with labour, vendors and contractors.
Visit multiple project sites when required.
Monitor work quality and project timelines.
Share regular updates, photos and videos with the office team.
Handle basic measurements and site inspections.
Ensure site cleanliness, safety and discipline.
Support project managers and designers.
Eligibility
Minimum 10th Pass.
Diploma in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Interior Design is preferred.
Freshers can also apply.
Requirements
Own bike and valid driving licence.
No objection to travelling and out-of-station work.
Flexible to work extra hours whenever required.
Basic understanding of English.
Must own a smartphone.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Honest, punctual and responsible attitude.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of basic site measurements.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Maps and mobile applications.
