Manage the showroom.
· Manage all aspects of merchandising, ordering, cash control, inventory management, and maintenance.
· Manage the opening and closing processes for the showroom.
· Oversee sales floor operations, help clients, and respond to client inquiries.
· Create daily sales reports using data input, and create sales and promotional strategies on a regular basis using weekly and monthly data.
· Motivate sales representatives to create and carry out unique events and promotions.
· Implementing new processes and procedures to increase team efficiency.
· Planned to make maximum offers to customers for higher sales conversion rates.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
