Key Responsibilities:
✔ Maintain CRM data, call logs, and follow-up schedules
✔ Build and maintain strong client relationships
✔ Explain machinery products and handle inquiries professionally
✔ Share quotations and maintain follow-up until deal closure
✔ Support sales reporting, lead tracking, and documentation
✔ Maintain excellent customer communication
