About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to lead warehouse operations at our automobile manufacturing facility in Khalapur.The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the automobile industry with proven expertise in warehouse management, inventory control, and production line feeding.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, line feeding, and dispatch
- Ensure uninterrupted material availability to support production schedules.
- Oversee inventory accuracy through cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Planning, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics teams.
- Optimize warehouse layout, storage capacity, and material flow.
- Monitor slow-moving, non-moving and damaged inventory and coordinate timely actions.
- Lead, train, and motivate the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory regulations.
Candidate Requirements :
- 5–12 years of experience in warehouse operations within the Automobile Manufacturing Industry.
- Hands-on experience in production line feeding and material movement for manufacturing operations
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse planning, and logistics.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Bachelor's Degree/ Master or Diploma in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
