Job Description
Ducat India is looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Trainer who can deliver practical, industry-oriented training to students and working professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Java Full Stack Development.
- Explain concepts with real-world examples, projects and hands-on exercises.
- Design and deliver course content as per industry requirements.
- Guide students in developing full-stack applications and projects.
- Evaluate student performance and provide technical guidance.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Core Java & Advanced Java
- Spring & Spring Boot
- Hibernate / JPA
- Microservices & REST APIs
- Maven / Git
- SQL / MySQL
- Front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Any modern frontend framework such as React / Angular will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of Spring Security, Docker, or Cloud will be an added advantage.
Candidate Profile
- 3+ years of relevant industry/training experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Should be comfortable conducting offline classroom training.
- Candidates with prior experience in IT training institutes / EdTech / corporate training will be preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple manner.
