**URGENT REQUIREMENT**
1. Enforcing Safety Regulations
Ensure compliance with local laws like Occupational Safety and Health Act or equivalent national standards
Implement company safety policies and procedures
Stop unsafe work immediately when needed
2. Site Inspections & Risk Assessment
Conduct daily/weekly safety inspections
Identify hazards (fall risks, electrical exposure, machinery issues, etc.)
Carry out risk assessments and recommend controls
3. Training & Awareness
Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings
Train workers on PPE use, emergency procedures, and safe work practices
Make sure workers actually follow what they’re taught
4. Incident Investigation
Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions
Prepare reports with root cause analysis
Recommend corrective and preventive actions
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain safety records, permits, checklists, and compliance logs
Submit reports to management or regulatory bodies
Keep audit-ready documentation at all times
6. Emergency Preparedness
Develop and implement emergency response plans
Coordinate drills (fire, evacuation, etc.)
Ensure availability of first aid, firefighting equipment, and rescue plans
7. Monitoring PPE & Equipment
Ensure proper use of PPE (helmets, harnesses, gloves, etc.)
Inspect safety equipment and ensure it’s in working condition
