Job Summary
Okiru Cafe is looking for polite, energetic, and customer-focused Service Staff to join our team in Panchkula. The role involves delivering excellent table service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting smooth day-to-day café operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers courteously
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining space
- Assist customers with menu queries and recommendations
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and service standards
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service flow
- Handle basic customer feedback or escalate concerns to management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced café environment
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Prior experience in a café or restaurant is an advantage but not mandatory
