### Key Responsibilities
#### 1. Attendance & Leave Management
* Monitor daily employee attendance through the HRMS.
* Verify attendance records, late marks, absenteeism, leave, Outdoor Duty (OD), and attendance regularization requests.
* Coordinate with employees and reporting managers to resolve attendance discrepancies.
* Prepare monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
#### 2. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
* Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and consultants.
* Screen resumes based on job requirements.
* Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
* Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
* Maintain the recruitment tracker and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
* Coordinate offer roll-out, joining formalities, and candidate follow-ups.
#### 3. Employee Onboarding & Induction
* Complete joining formalities and employee documentation.
* Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
* Coordinate with departments to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
* Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
#### 4. HR Documentation & Compliance
* Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, transfer letters, warning letters, experience letters, relieving letters, and other HR documents.
* Maintain employee records in physical files and the HRMS.
* Ensure all employee documents are complete, accurate, and updated.
* Support statutory compliance, HR audits, and policy compliance by maintaining required documentation.
#### 5. Employee Engagement
* Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and employee communication programs.
* Support employee feedback surveys and engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
#### 6. HR Data Management & MIS
* Maintain accurate employee master data in the HRMS.
* Generate HR reports and dashboards on attendance, recruitment, headcount, attrition, leave, and employee records.
* Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and accuracy of HR data.
#### 7. Exit Formalities
* Manage the end-to-end employee separation process.
* Conduct and document exit interviews.
* Coordinate No Dues Clearance with all concerned departments.
* Process resignation acceptance, relieving letters, experience letters, and Full & Final (F&F) settlement documentation.
* Coordinate with the payroll and IT teams for final settlement and asset recovery.
* Update employee records and HRMS following employee separation.
#### 8. HR Operations
* Handle employee queries related to attendance, leave, HRMS, policies, and HR procedures.
* Assist in payroll by providing accurate attendance and leave inputs.
* Support the implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and process improvements.
* Perform any other HR responsibilities assigned by the HR Manager.
## Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2–5 years of experience in HR Operations and Recruitment.
* Experience working with HRMS software and Microsoft Excel.
* Strong knowledge of recruitment, attendance management, onboarding, documentation, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and exit management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
