Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic, target-oriented, and experienced Senior Business Development Executive (SBDE) to promote our Forex trading products and services. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in Forex or a similar financial sales domain, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Promote Forex trading products and company services to prospective customers.
· Convert leads through calls, meetings, emails, and online channels.
· Educate clients about Forex market basics, trading platforms, and company offerings.
· Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and repeat business.
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
· Coordinate with the support and compliance teams for smooth client onboarding.
· Stay updated with Forex market trends, products, and competitor offerings.
· Maintain accurate client records and sales reports in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Tech, Finance, Marketing, or any related field (Preferred).
Required Skills:
· 1–2 years of relevant experience in Forex, Financial Services, or a similar sales profile.
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
· Strong sales orientation with the ability to achieve targets.
· Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Fluency in English (additional languages will be an advantage).
Compensation & Benefits:
· CTC: ₹1.80 LPA – ₹3.60 LPA (₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month)
· Final salary will depend on the candidate’s experience, knowledge, interview performance, and last drawn CTC.
