Responsibilities include identifying leads, executing face-to-face sales pitches, and managing client territories.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Continuously identify and approach new prospects through cold-calling, field visits, and networking to build a robust pipeline.
- Direct Sales & Demos: Perform on-site product presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential buyers.
- Negotiation & Closing: Handle customer objections, negotiate pricing and contract terms, and successfully close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
- Territory Management: Plan efficient daily and weekly routes across assigned geographic areas (e.g., Guwahati, Dibrugarh, or broader Northeast regions) to maximize market coverage.
- Marketing & Promotions: Execute on-ground marketing campaigns, distribute promotional materials, and gather immediate feedback on products to help refine marketing strategies.
- Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve complaints, and drive repeat business or upselling opportunities.
- Reporting: Track daily visits, log interactions in CRM tools, and prepare performance metrics, forecasts, and competitor activity reports for management.
Key Requirements
- Education & Experience: Typically a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; 1–3 years of proven experience in field sales or territory management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation abilities, with fluency in local and regional languages (e.g., English, Hindi, Assamese).
- Mobility & Independence: Self-motivated, comfortable working independently outside an office environment, and typically requires a valid driver's license and personal two-wheeler.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with mobile CRM software (like Tally or Tello), Microsoft Office Suite, and route-planning.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
