The Business Development Executive (BDE) plays a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth within the assigned territory. Reporting to the Zonal Sales Manager (ASM), the BDE will manage sales operations, foster strong client relationships, and execute strategic initiatives to expand the company's presence in the B2B market. A) Key Responsibilities
Territory Management
· Oversee sales operations in 1-2 assigned districts, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and growth objectives.
· Conduct regular market visits to assess customer needs, identify trends, and gather competitor intelligence.
Customer Acquisition and Relationship Management
· Identify and engage potential B2B clients, including dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
· Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
· Regularly visit clients to explore new opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
Sales Strategy Execution
· Implement sales strategies and promotional activities as directed by the ASM to maximize business opportunities.
· Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products to existing clients, enhancing revenue streams.
Reporting and Coordination
· Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the ASM.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless alignment and effective execution of sales plans.
Representation and Networking
· Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.

Product Knowledge and Promotion
· Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's brands, materials, product features, finishes, and pricing to effectively address client needs.
· Display products at malls, exhibitions, and tradeshows to generate high-quality leads.
· Provide clear and concise information about the company, its brands, and terms and conditions to clients.
Market Intelligence
· Stay vigilant about competitor activities, including new product launches, pricing strategies, and promotional efforts.
· Share actionable insights with the team to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Customer Support
· Provide seamless customer support through phone, email, and social media, ensuring all inquiries and issues are promptly addressed.
Planning and Strategy Development
· Develop and implement strategies to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
