Position: Senior Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities.
Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and government standards.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors at site.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and environmental regulations.
Verify measurements, bills, BOQs, and project documentation.
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions at site.
Conduct site inspections and maintain project records.
Requirements:
B.Tech/B.E. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
15-20 years of experience in construction projects, preferably government projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, BOQ, billing, and quality control.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
Good communication and team management skills.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
