Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, build client relationships, and support software sales growth. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, team player, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Generate and qualify leads for software sales
· Follow up on referrals and customer call-backs
· Identify new sales opportunities and convert prospects
· Educate clients about products and services
· Support deal closures with senior team members
· Maintain CRM/database and daily sales reports
· Pass domestic leads to the relevant BDM
· Provide daily reporting to the Manager
