Qualification:
- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform dimensional inspection using CMM machines.
- Create and modify CMM programs as per customer drawings.
- Conduct first piece inspection, layout inspection, and final inspection.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and customer specifications.
- Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
- Handle calibration and verification of measuring instruments.
- Support PPAP, APQP, and customer audit activities.
- Analyze measurement data and support corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams for process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of CMM programming software (Zeiss Calypso ) & (GD&T).
- Experience in automotive components inspection preferred.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, Trymoss, Counter graph, Profile projector etc.
- Basic knowledge of SPC, MSA, and PPAP documentation.
