- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients

- Identify new business opportunities and market segments
- Analyze competitor pricing and services
- Monitor market trends and industry developments
4️ Proposal & Negotiation
- Prepare freight quotations and service proposals
- Negotiate rates and finalize contracts
- Participate in tender submissions
5️ Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth shipment handling
- Track sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Maintain CRM and client database
