- Lead and manage the HR department and junior HR executives
- Develop HR policies, SOPs, and internal processes
- Monitor employee performance, attendance, and disciplinary matters
- Handle employee engagement and grievance resolution
- Conduct HR training and onboarding sessions
Recruitment & Workforce Planning
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process
- Supervise hiring activities and interview coordination
- Monitor workforce planning and manpower requirements
- Maintain recruitment databases and hiring reports
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
