Role: Google & Meta Ads Executive
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Google & Meta Ads Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google and Meta platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in creating high-performing campaigns, generating quality leads, improving ROAS, and scaling ad accounts across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities
* Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
* Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
* Develop effective campaign strategies to drive leads, sales, website traffic, and brand awareness.
* Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS, and conversions.
* Manage advertising budgets efficiently and ensure maximum return on investment.
* Perform A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, landing pages, audiences, and bidding strategies.
* Set up and monitor conversion tracking through Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API (CAPI).
* Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
* Identify scaling opportunities and implement growth strategies across client accounts.
* Coordinate with design, content, SEO, and development teams to improve campaign effectiveness.
* Stay updated with the latest platform updates, advertising policies, trends, and best practices.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
* Strong expertise in Google Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
* Proven experience managing Facebook and Instagram lead generation, conversion, and engagement campaigns.
* Strong understanding of PPC advertising, bidding strategies, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
* Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API (CAPI).
* Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven optimization decisions.
* Strong communication, reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience handling multiple client accounts simultaneously.
* Google Ads and Meta Blueprint Certifications will be an added advantage.
Preferred Skills
* Knowledge of Landing Page Optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
* Experience with CRM integrations and lead tracking systems.
* Understanding of marketing funnels and customer journey optimization.
* Ability to create campaign strategies for both domestic and international markets.
* Strong attention to detail and performance-focused mindset.
Location: Sector-62, Noida
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
