We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales person with proven experience in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills with a thorough understanding of the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert property sales leads.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Follow up with prospects and close sales deals.
- Maintain customer records and achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience (mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Knowledge of residential/commercial real estate market.
- Target-driven and customer-focused approach.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
