8–12 years of hands-on software development experience.

Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale applications.

Strong expertise in object-oriented programming, system design, and software architecture.

Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL), performance optimization, and system scalability.

Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and DevOps practices.

Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and mentoring abilities.
