About the Role
Remark HR is looking for an experienced and proactive Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and help attract top talent across various industries. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to handle multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Understand client/company hiring requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, social media, and internal databases.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Handle bulk hiring and niche hiring requirements when needed.
- Prepare job descriptions and post openings on relevant platforms.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports.
- Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on hiring trends and recruitment best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using job portals and LinkedIn recruitment.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consultancy or agency recruitment.
- Familiarity with ATS and HRMS platforms.
- Experience in IT, Non-IT, or bulk hiring recruitment.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
