We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads. The ideal candidate should have experience in lead generation, brand awareness campaigns, audience targeting, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Advertising
- Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on:
- Facebook Ads
- Instagram Ads
- Google Search Ads
- Google Display Ads
- Google Performance Max
- YouTube Video Ads
- Generate quality leads while maintaining target Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Optimize campaigns to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Campaign Management
- Create campaign strategies based on business objectives.
- Perform audience research and customer segmentation.
- Build remarketing and lookalike audience campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, headlines, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize budgets.
Content & Creative Coordination
- Coordinate with graphic designers and video editors.
- Prepare ad copies and campaign messaging.
- Suggest creative improvements based on campaign performance.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
SEO & Website Marketing
- Perform basic SEO activities.
- Improve website traffic using organic and paid strategies.
- Optimize landing pages for higher conversion rates.
- Work with developers to implement tracking codes and conversion events.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track campaign performance using:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Meta Business Suite
- Google Ads Dashboard
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Analyze CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and ROI.
- Present insights and recommendations for campaign improvement.
Social Media Marketing
- Plan and schedule social media campaigns.
- Increase followers and engagement organically.
- Monitor audience interactions and respond when necessary.
- Execute promotional campaigns and product launches.
Lead Generation
- Generate qualified B2B and B2C leads.
- Optimize lead forms and landing pages.
- Track lead quality and coordinate with the sales team.
- Improve conversion rates from inquiry to customer.

Experience
- 1–3 years: Digital Marketing Executive
- 3–5 years: Senior Digital Marketing Executive
- Freshers with relevant certifications and internship experience may also apply.
