We are looking for a responsible and experienced Tender Executive / GeM Bidding Executive to handle government tendering and online bidding work for our bearing and industrial products business.
The candidate will be responsible for searching relevant tenders, checking eligibility, preparing tender documents, submitting bids online, and coordinating with the internal team for pricing, product details, and required certificates.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Search and identify relevant tenders on GeM, CPPP, eProcurement, PSU, Railway, and state government portals.
- Review tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, EMD, payment terms, and delivery requirements.
- Prepare and submit technical and financial bids within the given deadline.
- Handle GeM portal activities including bid participation, product listing, order processing, reverse auction, and follow-ups.
- Prepare documents such as company profile, authorization letters, declarations, certificates, BOQ, and other required tender documents.
- Coordinate with the sales and management team for pricing, product availability, and final bid approval.
- Maintain proper records of submitted tenders, pending tenders, results, L1/L2 status, and awarded orders.
- Follow up for tender clarifications, corrigendum updates, bid results, and purchase orders.
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all tender-related documents.
- Handle basic documentation related to EMD, BG, MSME, GST, PAN, ITR, balance sheet, and other statutory documents.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of GeM portal and government tendering process.
- Experience in CPPP, eProcurement, PSU, Railway, or state tender portals will be preferred.
- Basic understanding of technical and financial bids.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PDF editing, and online form submission.
- Strong documentation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in bearings, machinery parts, hardware, tools, or industrial products will be an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
