Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate channel partner team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling inbound leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable residential projects, and scheduling site visits. Strong communication skills, persistence, and a customer-first approach are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Contact fresh leads generated through Facebook, Google, property portals, and other marketing channels.
* Understand customers' budget, preferred location, property type, and purchase timeline.
* Recommend suitable residential projects based on customer requirements.
* Explain project features, pricing, amenities, payment plans, and offers.
* Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
* Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective buyers until closure.
* Update lead status, call notes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM or Excel tracker.
* Re-engage old leads whenever suitable inventory becomes available.
* Coordinate with developers and internal sales teams for project updates.
* Achieve daily call, follow-up, and site visit targets.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
Required Skills
* Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. (Knowledge of Odia is an added advantage.)
* Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
* Good listening and customer handling ability.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
* Ability to work with sales targets and follow-up schedules.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
* Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
* Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
* 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, inside sales, or real estate pre-sales is preferred.
