Skills Required
- Should have programming and scripting knowledge in technologies like Python, Bash, PowerShell and/or Javascript
- Good knowledge of Android/iOS automation using Appium/UIAutomator and hands-on of adb command
- Experience in Automation of Web and/or mobile application is a must
- Should have industry standard automation framework knowledge
- Framework development on your own, is an added advantage
- Development and execution of test automation scripts using Python, Selenium for unit testing
- Candidate should have good experience in selenium with python
- Hands on experience in API automation, Postman
- Experience in using agile tools like JIRA, Confluence etc.
- Contribution to Test documentation including test plan, test reports, defect analysis, RCA, summary reports
- Experience in continuous integration tools like Jenkins
- Exposure to container-based deployment is highly desirable
- Experience on RPA (Robotic Process Automation) will be a plus
Responsibilities
- Contribution to Test documentation including test plan, test reports, defect analysis, RCA, summary reports
- Should be well versed with testing methodologies/practices
- Collaborate efficiently with the development team members for issues
- Should be able to write test cases
- Should interact with team members to know the similar issues those were observed in earlier products and take decisions accordingly
- Should be able to create and review test reports
BE / B.Tech (CSE), ME/M.Tech. (ECE/EEE/IT) or any equivalent qualification.
