Responsibilities:
· Teaching students based on NCERT guidelines within the specialist subject areas.
· Planning, preparing and delivering lessons to address students’ needs
· Encouraging student participation in lessons and in other school-related activities.
· Supporting the leadership team to implement the school’s development plan.
· Assessing and reporting on the behaviour of students and work towards students’ improvement.
· Ensuring the highest standards of quality and applying the most up-to-date teaching methods including hybrid learning
· Taking part in opportunities to boost one’s own learning and continuous professional development (CPD).
· Collaborating with parents, guardians, support workers, and other professionals to safeguard and ensure the educational welfare of diverse learners.
Requirement:
Qualification: Graduate/ Post Graduates with B Ed (mandatory), TET / CTET cleared preferred
Experience: 2+ years of relevant teaching experience in any reputed CBSE / ICSE Schools
Skills Required: Proficient in online teaching platforms
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power point presentations
Awareness of National Education Policy (NEP)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
